We have CLOSED our vendor application due to so much interest! 

Thank you all for wanting to be part of this event! If we find we have more room to take on vendors we will reopen this application.

Vendors must provide their own equipment to include canopies, tables, chairs, etc. Electricity or running water is available upon request, first come first serve. Our event is set to run from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm; VIP being the first hour. Wifi is available at the venue, but we highly recommend bringing an adapter of your own.

Setup Time: Vendors can begin setup at 12:30 pm and setup will close at 2:30 pm. Break down time is 10:00 pm. 

Once you enter the venue past the fence you are not permitted to leave through the fence. If you wish to break down early it MUST be through the main entrance of the venue. Vendors are not permitted to park their vehicles inside the fence line during the event. Vendors are not permitted to distribute full sized food or beverages for free to attendees or other vendors, samples are permitted though. 

All application forms must be submitted no later than one week prior to the event.
